At Grand Seiko Official Boutique, we strive for perfection in every timepiece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn watch within 30 days of delivery. All returns must include the original packaging, certificates, and protective films to be eligible for a full refund.

Prepare the Timepiece
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and removed links are included to prevent damage during transit.
Secure Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to ensure your luxury item is protected.
Inspection and Refund
Our master watchmakers will inspect the returned item for authenticity and condition, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
